An event is any user action you track—screen views, button taps, purchases, or custom actions. Each tracked call from the SDK counts as one event. We include standard events like sessions and screen views in your monthly total.

Install the Expo or iOS SDK with one command, add a single initialization line in your app, and start tracking events. Your dashboard will show data within minutes. The free Starter plan is enough to explore all core features.

Yes. We offer an Expo SDK (npm) that works in managed and dev-client workflows, and a native iOS SDK (Swift) for full control. The same dashboard and concepts apply to both.

Event data is processed and stored in secure, compliant infrastructure. Data retention depends on your plan: 14 days (Starter), 90 days (Pro), or 1 year (Scale). You can export or delete data from the dashboard.

Starter includes community support. Pro includes priority email support, and Scale includes dedicated support with a 24-hour response SLA.
